Produkten \u00e4r oljebaserad f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre upptag i tarmen.\u00a0D-vitamin spelar en viktig roll f\u00f6r kroppens naturliga f\u00f6rsvar samtidigt som den st\u00f6djer skelettet.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns 2 olika former av D-vitamin, d\u00e4r vitamin D3 anses vara viktigast f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D2<\/strong>\u00a0(ergokalciferol)<br \/>\n&#8211;&gt; D2 finns i svamp, och i berikade livsmedel<\/li>\n<li><strong>D3<\/strong>\u00a0(kolekalciferol)<br \/>\n&#8211;&gt; D3 f\u00e5r du fr\u00e4mst av solen samt k\u00f6tt,fisk och animaliska livsmedel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skelettbildningen, nervsystemet, reglerar kalkbalansen i skelett och t\u00e4nder, motverkar karies.\u00a0Bra f\u00f6r hud och h\u00e5r,\u00a0bensk\u00f6rhet\u00a0(<em>osteoporos<\/em>) och\u00a0beh\u00f6vs\u00a0f\u00f6r\u00a0upptagandet av kalcium och fosfor\u00a0i tarmen, beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r nervcellerna\u00a0och musklerna, motverkar muskelsvaghet,\u00a0motverkar hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlsjukdomar.
