Jag har f\u00e5tt f\u00f6r mig att mina pass (n\u00e4r jag k\u00f6r sj\u00e4lv) inte blir lyckade l\u00e4ngre s\u00e5 jag har helt enkelt slutat k\u00f6ra sj\u00e4lv. Motivationen har varit i botten. Men nu \u00e4r det dags att sluta h\u00e4nga l\u00e4pp och k\u00f6ra p\u00e5. Visst, underbart att ha PT 2-3ggr i veckan men man kan ju inte anpassa sin tr\u00e4ning efter det. Nu \u00e4r det slutmesat och dags att sk\u00e4rpa till sig lite grann. Det blir ju var man g\u00f6r det till och om jag nu laddar 110% och st\u00e4ller mig in p\u00e5 att dagens pass ska bli suuper s\u00e5 kommer det ocks\u00e5 bli super:) Lite ny musik i lurarna, lite motivations videos, en liten nap, och sen \u00e4r det dags:)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nu ska jag ladda inf\u00f6r ett grymt rygg\/axelpass.
