Jag har varit lite d\u00e5lig p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 i mig fiber p\u00e5 senaste tiden (jag har inte \u00e4tit frukt, samt undvikit havregryn till frukost d\u00e5 jag tr\u00f6ttnade p\u00e5 det). B\u00e4ttring! S\u00e5 imorse blev det detta:<\/p>\n<p><em>3st surdegskn\u00e4cke med sesamfr\u00f6n (supergoda och ca 3,5gr protein 2,5grkolh \u00a0och 0,5gr fett per kn\u00e4cke)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>50gr kalkon<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1drink gjord p\u00e5 30gr protein, 0,5st banan och 300ml mandelmj\u00f6lk<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Detta st\u00e5r jag p\u00e5 mig l\u00e4nge och om jag ska k\u00f6ra ett pass vid lunch (som idag) s\u00e5 tkr jag detta \u00e4r en bra frukost. N\u00e4sta m\u00e5l blir det m\u00e5l jag intar direkt innan passet vid 11,30-12.
