Herregud vad vi har \u00e4tit. Jag kom hem och v\u00e5gen visar nu 60kg. Herregud. Jag har legat p\u00e5 \u00e5tminstone 57-58 de senaste m\u00e5naderna. S\u00e5 nu blir det sk\u00e4rpning i mitt lilla matschema:)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jag fick fr\u00e5gan om jag kunde rekommendera lite recepttips osv p\u00e5 det jag kommer \u00e4ta. Och ja sj\u00e4lvklart kan jag det. <\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=4><U>Proteindrink \u00e1 la Emelie \ud83d\ude42<\/U><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><FONT size=2>En halv dl (tror jag det \u00e4r) proteinpulver<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><FONT size=2>En kaffekopp vatten\/sojamj\u00f6lk<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><FONT size=2>3isbitar<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM><FONT size=2>\u00bd banan<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Mixa ihop det hela och drick till frukost\/lunch.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jag kommer dricka den till frukost varje dag. Sen till lunch varierar jag med protein drink \/ ren protein s\u00e5som enbart k\u00f6tt\/kyckling\/kalkon etc. Idag \u00e5t jag tillexempel kalv med sparris.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Till middag \u00e5t jag r\u00e5 tuna i chili\/koriander\/lime saft.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u00c4t en frukt emellan m\u00e5ltiderna. Idag gl\u00f6mde jag dock f\u00f6r hade det s\u00e5 stressigt p\u00e5 nya jobbet.
