Vill f\u00e5 fett % l\u00e4gre fortf men det \u00e4r s\u00e5 kul att se sig sj\u00e4lv och sin utveckling i spegeln. Varje dag n\u00e5r jag min b\u00e4sta form n\u00e5gonsin. H\u00e5rdheten kommer och att samtidigt bygga muskler under diet k\u00e4nns grymt! H\u00e5ller kolhydraterna uppe och k\u00e4nner mig inte l\u00e5g. Har verkligen hittat en balans.
