En typ av proteinfluff jag kan rekommendera (alla har ju sina tips och tricks)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3\u00e4ggvitor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>lite stevia f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 vitan fluffig<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>0,75dl slow protein bl\u00e5b\u00e4r\/vanilj fr\u00e5n fairing<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>kanel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1msk l\u00e5gkalori \u00e4ppelmos eller hallonsylt<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna och stevian riktigt fluffig. Blanda protienpulvret med lite vatten i en separatsk\u00e5l. Inte f\u00f6r l\u00f6s men inte f\u00f6r mj\u00f6lig utan lagom. V\u00e4nd sedan ner denna i \u00e4ggvitan och r\u00f6r om till en j\u00e4mn men fortf fluffig smet. L\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l och toppa med kanel och lite sylt eller b\u00e4r eller n\u00f6tter eller vad nu nu tkr om:) Ett bra proteinm\u00e5l med f\u00e5 kalorier.
