Riktigt jobbigt men fortf fokus p\u00e5 kontakt. Har mkt h\u00f6ft och enbens\u00f6vningar f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka upp l\u00e4ndrygg och jobba upp obalanser. Jag \u00e4lskar uppl\u00e4gget jag k\u00f6r nu! Avslutade med en intensiv intervll p\u00e5 10min p\u00e5 cykeln. 30x30sek. Kommer l\u00e4gga in 3-4intervallpass i veckan from denna vecka f\u00f6r att steppa up gamet litegrann inf\u00f6r USA;) Mina m\u00e5l denna h\u00f6st \u00e4r att bygga p\u00e5 framsida ben samt rumpan lite mer samt underh\u00e5lla rygg och axlar. Framsida ben och rumpa \u00e4r det som fokuset kommer vara p\u00e5. Jag vill v\u00e4xa, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra svepet och f\u00e5 mer definering (s\u00e4ger man s\u00e5) p\u00e5 framsidan samt f\u00e5 mer put p\u00e5 rumpan;) Vad har ni f\u00f6r m\u00e5l? Jag \u00e4lskar verkligen potatis. Man f\u00e5r s\u00e5 mkt f\u00f6r s\u00e5 lite (haha ni f\u00f6rst\u00e5r vad jag menar. L\u00e5gt p\u00e5 kolisar, det m\u00e4ttar och man kan \u00e4ta mkt).
