Sedan b\u00f6rjar jag med ett helt nytt uppl\u00e4gg igen. L\u00e4ngtar! Ig\u00e5r b\u00f6rjade \u00e4ven min 4v helt utan socker. Efter Spanien s\u00e5 har jag haft 2st \u00e4tarm\u00e5l och det har blivit lite v\u00e4l mkt glass:p S\u00e5 nu provar jag 4v helt utan allt som har med socker att g\u00f6ra. P\u00e5fyllningsm\u00e5let kommer bara inneh\u00e5lla kvalitet:) Det finns egentligen ingen anledning till att \u00e4ta socker (f\u00f6rutom att det \u00e4r gott). Det \u00e4r sk tomma kalorier och inneh\u00e5ller\u00a0inte n\u00e5gra mineraler eller vitaminer i socker. Men det vet ni nog redan:)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag n\u00e4mnde detta f\u00f6r en v\u00e4n s\u00e5 sa han &#8221;meen, ni dietar ju \u00e5ret runt&#8221;. Haha, nej men vi h\u00e5ller sund livsstil \u00e5ret runt och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att inte hoppa f\u00f6r mkt i vikt.
