Jag har min tr\u00e4ning upplagd f\u00f6r ett \u00e5r fram\u00e5t. Efter att ha k\u00f6rt snart en m\u00e5nad med kontakt och unilateralar\u00f6relser ska jag nu ha en m\u00e5nad d\u00e4r jag fokuserar p\u00e5 densitet dvs h\u00f6grepetitioner under kortare tid. Jag ser verkligen fram emot detta nya uppl\u00e4gg som startar p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag! \ud83d\ude42 Under denna period kommer jag att \u00f6ka mitt proteinintag lite. Jag kommer att l\u00e4gga mig runt 180gr protein per dag dvs 3xkroppsvikt.
