T\u00e4nkte dela med mig utav receptet:)<\/p>\n<p>Vad ni beh\u00f6ver:<\/p>\n<p>150gr f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r (jag hade bl\u00e5b\u00e4r,hallon och jordgubbar)<\/p>\n<p>1dl laktosfri vaniljyogurth ifr\u00e5n Valio (85kcal per 100gr)<\/p>\n<p>1 sockefritt digestivekex (65kcal per kex)<\/p>\n<p>3-4 cashewn\u00f6tter<\/p>\n<p>Ta ett glas. H\u00e4ll ner b\u00e4r, lite yogurth, smula lite av digestive kexet. Sedan b\u00e4r igen, yogurth och smula kex. Varva tills glaset \u00e4r fullt.
