Jag har p\u00e5 mina p\u00e5fyllningsm\u00e5l till\u00e5tit br\u00f6d.pasta,ris,potatis. Detta kommer nu att tas bort. Jag undviker d\u00e5 numera:<\/p>\n<p>Laktos, mejeriprodukter<\/p>\n<p>Gluten<\/p>\n<p>Socker<\/p>\n<p>Alltf\u00f6r upphettad mat (\u00f6ver 100grader)<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6tningsmedel, kemiska \u00e4mnen<\/p>\n<p>Det ska bli sp\u00e4nnande att se hur kroppen reagerar. Jag \u00e4lskar BR\u00d6D. Det \u00e4r min stora lass. Men jag m\u00e5r inte bra utav gluten och det \u00e4r inte v\u00e4rt att stoppa i mig detta en g\u00e5ng i veckan pga av flertals anledningar. S\u00e5 nu ryker det.
