Och sj&auml;lvklart m&aring;ste jag d&aring; dela med mig utav detta till mina fina l&auml;sare:) Det &auml;r j&auml;ttel&auml;tt att g&ouml;ra och smakar supergott varama som kalla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bl&aring;b&auml;rspannkakor 2portioner<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4skopor vaniljprotein (jag har mitt favorit ifr&aring;n nutritech)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6&auml;ggvitor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">s&ouml;tningsmedel (efter smak. Ni kan ta naturligt s&ouml;tningmedel eller vad ni f&ouml;redrar)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">kanel (efter smak)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bl&aring;b&auml;r (frysta eller f&auml;rsta)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Blanda ihop smeten. Spar bl&aring;b&auml;ren. S&auml;tt p&aring; plattan p&aring; l&aring;g v&auml;rme. Jag anv&auml;nde kokosfett, men ta vad ni tycker om:)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jag g&ouml;r mindre pannkakor d&aring; jag tkr det &auml;r l&auml;ttare att v&auml;nda (lite st&ouml;rre &auml;n en pl&auml;tt). Det blev ca 8-9st.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">N&auml;r du h&auml;llt i en pannkaka s&aring; h&auml;ller du p&aring; n&aring;gra bl&aring;b&auml;r i smeten s&aring; de steks i pannkakan. V&auml;nd och v&auml;nta tills de har en gyllenbrun f&auml;rg.
