Har precis avslutat ett armpass p\u00e5 gymmet med lite intervaller och magtr\u00e4ning. V\u00e4ntar in pappa med familj samt Karin med familj och sen blir det en promenad med barnen i det h\u00e4rliga v\u00e4dret:)<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00e5r s\u00e5 bra med tr\u00e4ningen just nu k\u00e4nner jag. Passen flyter p\u00e5, kosten flyter p\u00e5 riktigt bra. M\u00e4tningarna visar som de ska dvs minus varje vecka. Glutamine och protein+fettk\u00e4lla. Man kan inte annat \u00e4n \u00e4lska livet just nu! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Jag har f\u00e5tt f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar om jag kan skriva ett inl\u00e4gg med f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 bra proteink\u00e4llor, fettk\u00e4llor osv. SAj\u00e4lvklart kan jag g\u00f6ra det. Det \u00e4r viktigt att variera proteink\u00e4llor och kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5 om man f\u00e5r brist p\u00e5 ideer och inspiration ibland.
