Jag kom precis p\u00e5 ett recept s\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r se om det blir lyckat eller en flopp:) Jag hittade jattefina ekologiska Auberginer idag s\u00e5 d\u00e5 tankte jag att jag skulle gora ngt av dem till middag. Ta sedan ut efter en timme och l\u00e5t tina (detta gor s\u00e5 att Auberginerna blir mjuka. Jag blev rekommenderad utav Malin har p\u00e5 Improveme och det tipset fungerar verkligen). Det tar ca 10minuter for dem att tina och de blir d\u00e5 mkt mjukare.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; \"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; \"><b>Ta en stor glasform och hall i kallpressad olivolja s\u00e5 att inte Auberginerna fastnar. Tack hela botten, det gor ingenting om de ligger p\u00e5 varandra for de sjunker ihop ganska rejalt. Behover du lagga 2 lager s\u00e5 gor det men salta och lagg olivolja emellan.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; \"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; \"><b>Koka tomaterna i vatten tills de ar mjuka. Hall de sedan i en blender tillsammans med basilikan,chillin,vitloken och pinjenotterna. Blenda ihop till en jamn s\u00e5s. Salta och peppra efter smak.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; \"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: small; \"><b>Hall s\u00e5sen over Auberginerna och satt in i ugnen p\u00e5 175-200grader. Tiden vet jag inte annu d\u00e5 jag inte har provat det an. Men jag har blivit tipsad att den ska vara i nastan 1\u00bdtim s\u00e5 att vatnnet ifr\u00e5n Auberginerna forsvinner ordentligt. Men h\u00e5ll koll under tiden.
