B\u00f6rjade l\u00e4tt och h\u00f6jde de 2 sista seten men h\u00f6ll mig till 8 reps varje set. Nu blir det mat och lite planering inf\u00f6r kommande veckas tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r samtliga klienter. Jag har enbart klienter som tr\u00e4nar med mig 2-3 ggr i veckan. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 kul att f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ffa dem s\u00e5 ofta + att jag har kontroll \u00f6ver deras tr\u00e4ning. De man tr\u00e4ffar endast en g\u00e5ng i veckan har majoriteten egen tr\u00e4ning och d\u00e5 kan jag inte p\u00e5verka, justera och pusha p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt.
