Jag \u00e4lskar fredagarna och l\u00f6rdagarna vi ha tillsammans f\u00f6r resten av dagarna s\u00e5 ses vi inte s\u00e5 mkt d\u00e5 b\u00e5da jobbar l\u00e5nga dagar. Jag t\u00e4nkte tipsa om n\u00e5got f\u00f6r er som har problem med s\u00f6tsug. Som m\u00e5nga vet s\u00e5 undviker jag b\u00e5de socker, gluten och laktos och ibland s\u00e5 blir man riktigt riktigt s\u00f6tsugen. Fr\u00e5n denna vecka \u00e4ter jag inte l\u00e4ngre frukt f\u00f6r att se hur kroppen reagerar. S\u00e5 d\u00e5 kan det vara sk\u00f6nt med lite &#8221;s\u00f6ta&#8221; alternativ ibland. Idag var en s\u00e5n dag. Suupersugen p\u00e5 att handla godis. Men jag vet hur d\u00e5ligt min kropp m\u00e5r utav socker.
