Mamma har gjort detta sedan jag var liten och jag \u00e4lskar det. \u00c4lgk\u00f6tt \u00e4r dessutom utm\u00e4rkt pga magert och proteinrikt.<\/p>\n<p>Tj\u00e4lkn\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>Ugn. 75grader<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg en fryst stek p\u00e5 galler i ugnen. L\u00e5t ligga i 10-12timmar beroende p\u00e5 strl.(jag l\u00e5ter det st\u00e5 i ugn \u00f6ver natten) Blanda saltlag (2dl vatten,2dl salt, peppar, enb\u00e4r) och l\u00e5t koka upp. L\u00e5t sedan kallna tills det att steken \u00e4r klar. L\u00e4gg i dubbel plastp\u00e5se och l\u00e5t ligga i lag i ett dygn. \u00c4t kallskuret. Superm\u00f6rt och suuuper gott!
