Ni f\u00e5r ursakta om jag ser trott ut men mina ben krampar (som ni kan se) och min kropp ar super om efter morgonens pass. Men jag gjorde mitt basta och forsokte visa er end\u00e5:) Jag kanske skulle ha visat er innan jag tranade:-) Men men nu vet jag det till nasta g\u00e5ng. Lite tr\u00e5ngt dar jag ska visa. Men ni forst\u00e5r iaf meningen med ovningen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ovningen jag tankte visa heter <b>Sumo Jump Squat with leg lifts<\/b> och ar en ovning for hela kroppen.<\/div>\n<div>Jag rekommenderad att ni lagger in detta i ert intervall program och kor ca 15-20rep. Det ar superviktigt att ni ger allt under ovningarna och att ni inte ar radda for att svettas:)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>St\u00e5 brett isar med benen och l\u00e5t t\u00e5rna och knana peka en aning ut\u00e5t. Ha kontroll i din rorelse och stressa inte igenom n\u00e5gon ovning. Ha rak rygg, Spann magen. G\u00e5 djupt ner i squaten. Starta med tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 hopp och 1 hogt hopp. Avsluta sedan med ett varsitt sid lyft.
