I med frukost och iv\u00e4g till gymmet. Dags f\u00f6r ett nytt uppl\u00e4gg. Ska bara k\u00f6ra 2 olika pass nu under n\u00e5gra veckor. Allts\u00e5 inte tv\u00e5 pass utan exempelvis:<\/p>\n<p>Dag 1: Pass 1<\/p>\n<p>Dag 2: Pass 2<\/p>\n<p>Dag 3: Pass 1<\/p>\n<p>Dag 4: Pass 2<\/p>\n<p>Dag 5: VILA<\/p>\n<p>Dag 6: Pass 1<\/p>\n<p>Dag 7: Pass 2<\/p>\n<p>Ska bli kul att testa ngt helt annorlunda fr\u00e5n det jag k\u00f6rt nu i November. Ni har fr\u00e5gat hur min kost ser ut f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet. Jag l\u00e4gger inte s\u00e5 stort fokus p\u00e5 den f\u00f6rutom att jag ser till att f\u00e5 i mig bra mat med j\u00e4mna mllanrum. Exempelvis:<\/p>\n<p>Innan passet: superdrink&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>under passet: aminosyror<\/p>\n<p>efter passet: Protein<\/p>\n<p>Lunch: protein+fett<\/p>\n<p>mellanm\u00e5l: gr\u00f6nsaker\/frukt<\/p>\n<p>middag: protein+kolh&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>kv\u00e4llsm\u00e5l: protein (de dagar jag k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r det)<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 kan en dag se ut som exempel f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet:) Jag undviker inte kolhydrater, jag r\u00e4knar inte fettet.
