Jag har iaf en s&aring;n dag idag n&auml;r allt k&auml;nns tungt. Normalt s&aring; brukar alltid gymmet fungera, men just idag s&aring; st&aring;r &auml;ven det emot.<\/span><br \/><span class=\"hps\">N&auml;r vi k&auml;nner oss nere s&aring;<\/span>&nbsp;st&ouml;r det sj&auml;lvklart<span class=\"hps\">&nbsp;oss att<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">n&aring; v&aring;ra m&aring;l.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Vi vet att vi<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">borde g&ouml;ra n&aring;got<\/span><span>, men vi<\/span>&nbsp;k&auml;nner bara inte f&ouml;r det och har sv&aring;rt att se saker och ting fr&aring;n ett positivt perspektiv<span class=\"hps\">.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Detta kan<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">p&aring;g&aring; under l&aring;ng<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">tid<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">om du inte<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">tar tankarna<\/span>&nbsp;n&aring;gon annanstans&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">s&aring; fort som m&ouml;jligt<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">och g&ouml;r n&aring;got &aring;t saken.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">H&auml;r &auml;r n&aring;gra<\/span>&nbsp;tips:<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/237175.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"hps\">G&ouml;r<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">en lista.<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Ibland &auml;r vi<\/span><span class=\"hps\">&nbsp;deprimerade<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">bara f&ouml;r att vi<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">&auml;r &ouml;verv&auml;ldigade<\/span>&nbsp;\/stressade &ouml;ver&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">alla de saker<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">vi m&aring;ste g&ouml;ra<\/span><span class=\"hps\">. M&aring;nga g&aring;nger vet vi vad som M&Aring;STE\/SKA g&ouml;ras, men vi orkar bara inte ta tag i det och d&aring; &auml;r det bra med en lista:)<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Starta<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">helt enkelt<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">genom att plocka upp<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">ett papper<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">och en penna<\/span><span>,<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">och g&ouml;ra<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">en lista &ouml;ver<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">de mest angel&auml;gna&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">saker du<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">m&aring;ste g&ouml;ra.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Ibland &auml;r det<\/span>&nbsp;jobb&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">grejer,<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">ibland &auml;r det<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">saker<\/span>&nbsp;inom en relation eller med hemmet som tynger<span class=\"hps\">,<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">eller en kombination<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">av dessa<\/span><span class=\"hps\">. G&ouml;r helt enkelt<\/span><span class=\"hps\">&nbsp;en lista, det kan<\/span><span class=\"hps\">&nbsp;vara en stor<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">l&auml;ttnad<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">&#8211;<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">att du f&aring;r<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">saker och ting<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">under kontroll.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Du<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">kan se<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">rakt framf&ouml;r<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">dig, vad<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">du beh&ouml;ver g&ouml;ra<\/span><span>, och att det faktiskt inte alls &auml;r s&aring; mkt, komplicerat som du faktiskt trott<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">&#8211;&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"hps\">Vidta &aring;tg&auml;rder.<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">Du har gjort<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"hps\">en lista.
