De \u00e4r h\u00e5rda p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt och vis och passar bra d\u00e5 man varierar tempo och v\u00e4gar. Det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att forbr\u00e4nna p\u00e5 \u00e4r genom intervaller. Man kan k\u00f6ra intervaller genom att variera g\u00e5,jogga,springa etc eller s\u00e5 kan man g\u00f6ra som jag g\u00f6r under min morgonpromenad, d\u00e5 jag hela tiden g\u00e5r, men uts\u00e4tter min kropp f\u00f6r tempov\u00e4xlingar och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt f\u00e5r pulsen att \u00f6ka och minska. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jag \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 bra p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rklara, men jag ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka. <\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>Varv 1 &#8211; 40min &#8211; 360kcal<\/STRONG> (vet ej exakt km men ska kolla upp det imorn)<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>15%<\/STRONG>&nbsp;snabb powerwalk p\u00e5 rakstr\u00e4cka f\u00f6r att bli varm. I slutet p\u00e5 denna start-str\u00e4cka s\u00e5 \u00e4r min puls p\u00e5 ca 120 vilket \u00e4r en bra l\u00e4gre f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningspuls f\u00f6r mig. <\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>20%<\/STRONG>&nbsp;s\u00e5 \u00e4r det sm\u00e5 trappor upp och ned och h\u00e4r ligger pulsen p\u00e5 ca 130-140.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>30%<\/STRONG>&nbsp;s\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e5nga&nbsp;medel brandta&nbsp;trappor (ca 100m var)&nbsp;och lutande uppf\u00f6r. Den jobbigaste delen p\u00e5 varvet. Riktigt h\u00e5rt och man blir andf\u00e5dd (\u00e4ven om det \u00e4r powerwalk) och pulsen ligger \u00e5 ca 150-160.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><STRONG>15%<\/STRONG>&nbsp;L\u00e5ng rakstr\u00e4cka. Jag forts\u00e4tter att promenera hastigt men d\u00e5 det inte \u00e4r uppf\u00f6r eller lutningar s\u00e5 g\u00e5r pulsen automatiskt ner. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Denna morgonpromenad kan man ta l\u00e5ngsammare ocks\u00e5 om man vill ta det lite lugnare, men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r i ett h\u00f6gt tempo. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>(f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte rita upp, men var inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt.
