S\u00e5har s\u00e5g dagens mat och traning ut for mig. <\/FONT><\/P><B><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2><U>Dagens traning:<\/U><\/FONT><\/P><\/B><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2>&#8211; 1tim morgonpromenad, 600kcal<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2>-30min lopning, 380kcal<\/FONT><\/P><B><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2><U>Dagens m\u00e5ltider:<\/U><\/FONT><\/P><\/B><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2><STRONG>Frukost-<\/STRONG> havregrynsgrot (ingen sylt)<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2><A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69046.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69046.510x0.jpg\" border=0><\/A><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2>mellanm\u00e5l- mandarin och choklad (<I>oops<\/I>)<A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69047.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69047.510x0.jpg\" border=0><\/A><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2><STRONG>Lunch<\/STRONG>&#8211; omelett(bara vitan) med avocado och tomat.<A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69048.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69048.510x0.jpg\" border=0><\/A><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2>mellanm\u00e5l- 150gr rostbiff och en banan <A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69049.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/69049.510x0.jpg\" border=0><\/A><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2><STRONG>Middag<\/STRONG>&#8211; Parmaskinka sallad med tomat och pinjenotter.<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2>ovrigt: minst 1l vatten om dagen.<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT size=2>Som ni ser s\u00e5 slinker det ibland in onyttigheter. Idag var det choklad tillexempel. Jag tycker inte att man ska vara stenh\u00e5rd p\u00e5 maten. Det orkar inte kroppen av i langden. Jag brukar fulla ut mina portioner med gronsaker. Sen ater jag valdigt mkt frukt, vilket g\u00e5r bra for vissa och for andra ar det inte alls bra pga mkt fruktsocker. For mig ar det viktigast att <STRONG>jag undviker pasta,ris potatis och vitt brod<\/STRONG>. (men aven det slinker ned ibland nar man ater ute)&nbsp;<STRONG>Jag ater heller inte smor eller ost<\/STRONG> (ibland ater jag lite mozzarella, men inte s\u00e5 ofta). Daremot s\u00e5 ater jag yougurth (fettfri) s\u00e5 jag utesluter inte mjolkprodukter helt och h\u00e5llet. Blir jag sugen p\u00e5 mjolk s\u00e5 dricker jag <STRONG>sojamjolk.<\/STRONG> Nar det galler kott s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller jag mig inte bara till vittkott, utan jag ater aven rostbiff,parma, etc. Ska jag vara RIKTIGT h\u00e5rd s\u00e5 ar det bara kalkon, kyckling och fisk.
