Jag brukar improvisera ganska mycket nar jag gor wok. Ibland gor jag en mer &#8221;kramig&#8221; wok gjort p\u00e5 cocosnotmjolk, och andra g\u00e5nger (som idag) s\u00e5 blir den lite mer light.<\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><U>Min kycklingwok<\/U><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=left><FONT size=1>for 2pers<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>3 kycklingfil\u00e9er<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>koriander blad<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>ingefara<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>farsk chilli<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>1 klyfta vitlok<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>sugar peas (vet inte vad det heter p\u00e5 svenska, stora artor ? :))<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>cashewnotter<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>v\u00e5rlok<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>paprika<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><FONT size=2><EM>bonsproddar<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>teriyaki s\u00e5s<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>Nudlar (fardiga i vakuum p\u00e5sar som man haller i direkt i en fardig wok)<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=left><FONT size=2>Anvand en wok-panna. Hall i lite olivolja och l\u00e5t den bli varm. Hall i v\u00e5rloken,ingefaran,chilin,vitloken och korianderbladen. Hall i strimlad kycklingfil\u00e9 och l\u00e5t den steka snabbt s\u00e5 den fortf ar lite rosa inuti. Lagg kycklingen i en sk\u00e5l medans du steker gronsakerna (kycklingen ska i wok-pannan igen s\u00e5 den ska helst inte vara helt klar for d\u00e5 blir den seg). Hall i cashewnotterna. Stek gronsakerna och hall i lite teriyaki s\u00e5s. Hall sedan i kycklingen i wok-pannan igen.
