Jag uppskattar en middag som ar ganska latt (inte for tung och mattsam) d\u00e5 man hellre ska ata en lite &#8221;tyngre&#8221; lunch. Den har salladen kan man anpassa efter hur hungrig man ar. Man kan ta bort tortellinin for en lite sundare sallad, och blanda ner parmesan for lite extra fyllnad. <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><U><STRONG><FONT size=4>Carpaccio sallad<\/FONT><\/STRONG><\/U><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>Carpaccio kott (som du virar och&nbsp;sprider ut i salladen)<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>valfri sallad tex ruccola<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>mini tomater (delad p\u00e5 mitten)<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>rodlok <\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>mango<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>avocado<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>pinjenotter (stekta p\u00e5 l\u00e5g varme ganska lange)<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><EM><FONT size=2>(tortellini vand i parmesan ost om extra hungrig)<\/FONT><\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=left>Denna sallad ar&nbsp;latt att gora&nbsp;och supergod! Jag fick inspiration utav en van till mig som gjorde en liknande sallad och har nu provat det hemma n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger. Det ar supergott att blanda ner tortellini med kottfyllning ocks\u00e5 om man ar extra hungrig efter traning tillexempel. Min kille ALSKAR den har salladen.
