Jag brukar bara halla ned de rotfrukter\/gronsaker som jag har har hemma s\u00e5 jag brukar glomma bort att skriva ned recept till er. Men idag tog jag mig tiden. Det ar lattast att gora ganska s\u00e5 mkt p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng. Min soppa brukar racka i ca 1 vecka s\u00e5 jag brukar lagga dem i portionsburkar och ata till lunch i flera dagar. Fyll upp med vatten. Krydda som ni vill. Jag brukar krydda med peppar,soja,vitlok och chili.
