Dessutom finns nyttigt betakaroten i bl\u00e5b\u00e4r.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><U><STRONG>Rolig fakta: <\/STRONG><\/U>Vid 2004 International Conference on Longevity presenterade en grupp forskare detaljer fr\u00e5n en studie som antyder att f\u00e4rg\u00e4mnena i bl\u00e5b\u00e4r kan skydda hj\u00e4rnan mot skador motsvarande de som alzheimers sjukdom ger. M\u00f6ss som utfodrades med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r l\u00e4rde sig snabbare att finna v\u00e4gen i en labyrint \u00e4n de m\u00f6ss som inte fick bl\u00e5b\u00e4r.
