Det blev en sen lunch idag d\u00e5 jag hade mycket att g\u00f6ra under formiddagen. \u00c5t forst lunch klockan halv 4(!)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>N\u00e4r man \u00e4ter ute kan det bli sv\u00e5rt att veta vad som \u00e4r nyttigt och inte, d\u00e5 man f\u00f6rst\u00e5s inte vet vad som \u00e4r i, om de steker i olja eller sm\u00f6r, om de h\u00e4ller i massa on\u00f6digt extra fett osv.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><A href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/73781.0x0.jpg\" target=_BLANK><IMG src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/73781.510x0.jpg\" border=0><\/A><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Ett s\u00e4kert kort h\u00e4r i Monaco \u00e4r <STRONG>Biff Tartare<\/STRONG>. Jag vet inte om det finns i Sverige, men h\u00e4r finns det n\u00e4stan p\u00e5 alla restauranger. Man ber sedan att f\u00e5 blanda tartaren sj\u00e4lv dvs de l\u00e4gger \u00e4ggula,senap,majon\u00e4s etc vid sidan och man kan sj\u00e4lv blanda i det man k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r i den r\u00e5a k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen. Jag f\u00f6redrar r\u00f6dl\u00f6k\/l\u00f6k och \u00e4ggula. Sedan \u00e4ter jag det med vanlig gr\u00f6nsallad.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Det \u00e4r ganska s\u00e5 vanligt att man ber om &#8221;salade verte&#8221; vid sidan om sin matr\u00e4tt.
