Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att forb\u00e4ttra min kondition och kunna springa 7-8km i en ganska h\u00f6g medelhastighet. H\u00f6g Medelhastighet f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r n\u00e4r min puls ligger runt 190 just nu. (Min puls \u00e4r ganska h\u00f6g som jag n\u00e4mt s\u00e5 det \u00e4r inte min maxpuls). Nu klarar jag 4km sp\u00e5ret utan problem. Idag sprang jag den p\u00e5 3min b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n ig\u00e5r. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jag tror det \u00e4r viktigt att ha m\u00e5l med sin tr\u00e4ning. T\u00e4vla med dig sj\u00e4lv. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att \u00f6ka tempot,l\u00e4ngder, eller minska tiden f\u00f6r varje vecka som g\u00e5r. Stressa inte dock. Jag har min morgonpromenads v\u00e4n varje morgon tillexempel.
