Jag har atit choklad och nu ar det dags for pannkakor till Lunch:)<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Var inte radda att belona er sjalva nar ni har tranat h\u00e5rt. Hela veckans traning blir inte forgaves bara for att ni ater en chokladbit,godis eller chips under helgen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bara for att jag inte skriver om nar jag ater en godis bit eller n\u00e5got s\u00e5 innebar det inte att jag jag inte unnar mig godsaker.
