Tankte<STRONG> tanda massa ljus<\/STRONG> och \u00e5ka och handla inf\u00f8r ett <STRONG>lussebulle-bak<\/STRONG>\ud83d\ude42<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Det har ar receptet som jag har och tankte prova (jag har aldrig tidigare provat att baka lussebullar):<\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center><STRONG><U>LUSSEBULLAR<\/U><\/STRONG><\/P><br \/>\n<P align=center>50 g j\u00e4st<BR>100 g sm\u00f6r (riktigt)<BR>5 dl gammeldags mj\u00f6lk<BR>250 g kesella<BR>1 1\/2 g saffran<BR>1 1\/2 dl str\u00f6socker<BR>2-3 msk st\u00f6tt kardemumma ( kan uteslutas)<BR>1\/2 tsk salt<BR>ca 17 dl vetemj\u00f6l<BR>1 \u00e4gg till pensling<BR>russin<BR>50 g sma\u00e4lt varmt sm\u00f6r till special j\u00e4sning<BR><BR>s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ungnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<BR>smula j\u00e4sten i en degbunke. sm\u00e4lt 100 g sm\u00f6r i en kastrull. h\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lken i kastrullen och v\u00e4rm till fingervarmt.R\u00f6r om tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6ser sigTills\u00e4tt kesella, saffran, salt,socker,kardemumman och det mesta av mj\u00f6let.arbeta tills degen sl\u00e4pper fr\u00e5n sk\u00e5lens kanter.<BR>Tills\u00e4tt ev. mera mj\u00f6l.H\u00e4ll det varma sm\u00f6ret \u00f6ver degen precis innan du t\u00e4cker \u00f6ver med en j\u00e4shanduk. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt i 40 min.<BR>baka ut degen i den form du vill ha, pensla med uppvispat \u00e4gg.
