Det motsvarar 3 stora luncher. Gr\u00f8nsaksjuicerna inneh\u00e5ller allt s\u00e5som antioxidanter,proteiner,fibrer,kolhydrater,jarn,kalcium,magnesium,zink,vitaminer (A och C) och olja etc etc etc. Matcha och valj ingredienser som passar just dig!&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>M\u00e5nga tror att det ar ngn form av diet jag foljer, men jag m\u00e5ste nog saga att jag ater mer an er allihopa, fast i flytande form. Jag blendar\/juicar allt for att f\u00e5 i mig&nbsp;all naring p\u00e5 basta satt. Det som f\u00e5r lats i en liter juice, f\u00e5r inte plats p\u00e5 en stoor lunch talrik s\u00e5 enda sattet att f\u00e5 i sig det ar i flytande form. Nar man varmer upp maten s\u00e5 ar det&nbsp;aven m\u00e5nga vitaminer som forstors d\u00e5 de inte t\u00e5l varme over en viss grad. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>For att komma tillbaka till det jag skrev s\u00e5 tar jag iaf med mig 2st av de juicerna jag gjort till arbetet. Den tredje dricker jag efter min morgontraning. M\u00e5nga skippar latt lunch eller mellanm\u00e5l, men detta ar ett utmarkt satt for att inte gora det.
