Ja tro det eller ej, jag ar en riktig l\u00f8pare (ett av mina favorit-traningar), men jag har haft 2 veckor ledigt ifr\u00e5n l\u00f8pningen pga all den sno och is som var i Sthlm. Jag ar inte typen som springer p\u00e5 ett band inne p\u00e5 gymmet, d\u00e5 gor jag hellre en annan form av traning:)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Vi f\u00e5r se om jag klarar det vanliga 7 km sp\u00e5ret idag. Annars s\u00e5 f\u00e5r det bli ett kortare varv. Man ska ju inte pressa kroppen for h\u00e5rt efter en liten paus.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Ett tips till alla er tjejer&nbsp;som tranar och har latt till att f\u00e5 d\u00e5lig hy. <STRONG>Glom inte att tvatta bort sminket INNAN traningen.<\/STRONG> Dina porer oppnar sig nar du svettas och drar d\u00e5 in alla smuts och smink etc. Jag tkr man kanner sig frashare utan smink p\u00e5 gymmet ocks\u00e5.
