Jag brukar gora mina egna stationer ute i sp\u00e5ret och kora olika styrkeovningar. Idag korde jag totalt 1tim. Man kan anvanda allt fr\u00e5n bankar,stenar, racken, staket etc.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>1.5min jogging rakstracka.<\/div>\n<div>2. 10min l\u00f8pning branta trappor upp och ned.<\/div>\n<div>3.station med 15&#215;3 triceps+ 1min plankan i lutning (emot en bank tex).<\/div>\n<div>4.15min l\u00f8pning rakstracka<\/div>\n<div>5.station med 25&#215;4 squats + 50 st\u00e5ende bent leg raise p\u00e5 varje ben (bra rump\u00f8vning)<\/div>\n<div>6.15min l\u00f8pning trappor upp och ned.<\/div>\n<div>7. 100situps.<\/div>\n<div>8. 10min promenad for att f\u00e5 ned pulsen.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Det ar otroligt h\u00e5rt och p\u00e5frestande for pulsen att pressa sig sjalv s\u00e5har. Jag var dyngsur av svett nar jag kom hem.
