Jag tycker det ar jatteharligt att ha efter traning p\u00e5 morgonen, eller som nu p\u00e5 kvallen for att koppla av.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jag brukar tanda ljus i hela lagenheten. Eller om det ar sommar och morgon med sol s\u00e5 k\u00f8r jag ute p\u00e5 terassen. Sedan&nbsp;satter jag&nbsp;p\u00e5 en meditations l\u00e5t jag gillar.&nbsp;Sedan utfor jag antingen yoga,pilates eller meditation i ca 30-40min. Ibland blir det langre beroende p\u00e5 vad jag kanner sjalv. F\u00f8r er som inte har en aning om vad man kan g\u00f8ra for ovningar, s\u00f8k p\u00e5 youtube eller k\u00f8p tranings DVD online.
