Det k\u00e4nns supersk\u00f6nt att inte beh\u00f6va l\u00e4gga n\u00e5gon tid p\u00e5 detta d\u00e5 jag p\u00e5 en daglig basis arbetar med klienters uppl\u00e4gg. Jag k\u00f6r alltid ett 4v uppl\u00e4gg och anser att det \u00e4r otroligt effektivt d\u00e5 kroppen inte hinner adaptera sig efter tr\u00e4ningen.
