Som n\u00e4mnt s\u00e5 byter jag uppl\u00e4gg var 4vecka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Den st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rdelen och mest uppenbara sk\u00e4let till frekvens tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r att det \u00e4r effektivt och \u00f6kar muskelmassan snabbt under kort period.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Detta program kan ocks\u00e5 vara en utm\u00e4rkt tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra och \u00f6ka kroppens \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning.
