N&auml;r jag tr&auml;nar tyngre tr&auml;ning p&aring; morgonen s&aring; &auml;ter jag alltid b&aring;de innan och efter. &Auml;r det bara PW s&aring; r&auml;cker det med efter. Jag k&auml;nner att jag beh&ouml;ver ordentligt med energi om jag ska orka ge 110% och skulle d&auml;rf&ouml;r inte kunna k&ouml;ra h&aring;rdare morgonpass p&aring; tom mage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J kommer hem vid lunch tid. Jag l&auml;angtar! Brukar annars vila fr&aring;n tr&auml;ningen under helgen, men har varit s&aring; ensam s&aring; har inte kunnat l&aring;ta bli:-)<\/p>\n<p>Har ni lika fint v&auml;der som vi har i Schweiz? H&auml;r &auml;r det 10grader idag och solen skiner. H&auml;rliigt.
