Detta \u00e4r sista veckan p\u00e5 br\u00f6st\/axlar och sen g\u00e5r jag in i en 4v prio Rygg period. Man kan l\u00e4gga upp det olika, men under rygg perioden(4v) s\u00e5 kommer jag att k\u00f6ra rygg 3dgr i veckan. Jag rekommenderar att man inte g\u00f6r detta under en l\u00e4ngre period, men det kan vara ett tips om man vill l\u00e4gga extra fokus p\u00e5 en muskelgrupp som hamnat lite efter, eller som man bara vill b\u00e4ttra upp lite extra:) Jag kommer \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga in rumpa 2ggr\/v som avslutning d\u00e5 jag vill f\u00e5 upp lite booty och volym d\u00e4r.
