Vad tror ni om det? Det \u00e4r ganska tufft. Jag har sj\u00e4lvklart inte valt den h\u00f6gsta sv\u00e5righetsgraden utan det finns l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r oss motion\u00e4rer, dock \u00e4r de inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tta som man kan tro.<\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>&nbsp;Det \u00e4r 5km l\u00f6pning,2 mil cykling 1000m simmning. Det \u00e4r vad jag t\u00e4nkte b\u00f6rja att satsa p\u00e5. K\u00e4nns det bra i mitten p\u00e5 sommaren satsar jag p\u00e5 n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5 d\u00e5 man springer 1 mil cyklar 2 mil och simmar 1200 m. Men de f\u00e5r vi se som sagt. Jag tycker iallafall att det \u00e4r en j\u00e4tterolig utmaning. Jag har alltid gillat att utmana mig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 s\u00e5nna h\u00e4r grejer. <\/EM><\/P><br \/>\n<P><EM>Jag gillar inte att tr\u00e4na bara f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na, utan vill alltid tr\u00e4na inf\u00f6r n\u00e5gonting.
