Hade lite ont i magen s\u00e5 kunde inte k\u00f6ra s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt. Men det blev 30 minuter crosstrainer och l\u00e5r\/rumpa. B\u00e4ttre \u00e4n ingenting! M\u00e5ste verkligen bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att k\u00f6ra cardio. Men jag tycker det \u00e4r s\u00e5 tr\u00e5kigt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir det l\u00e4tt att jag g\u00e5r \u00f6ver till styrketr\u00e4ning men jag har redan mycket muskler. Men jag m\u00e5ste deffa s\u00e5 allt mitt fett f\u00f6rsvinner. Inte bara bygga. Aja haha.<\/p>\n<p>Just nu sitter jag p\u00e5 en b\u00e4nk vid S\u00f6derbymalm. K\u00f6pte en pepsi Max och njuter av v\u00e4dret!
