Sitter just nu i omkl\u00e4dningsrummet p\u00e5 Sats och dricker min Celisius och tittar p\u00e5 motiverande bilder p\u00e5 instagram. \u00c4lskar att sitta och bara tagga till och f\u00f6rbereda mig inf\u00f6r ett 2 timmars pass. T\u00e4nkte g\u00e5 igenom hela kroppen idag. Men jag \u00e4r f\u00f6rsiktig med vilka delar p\u00e5 kroppen jag tr\u00e4nar. \u00c4ven om det \u00e4r en klyscha att tjejer blir biffiga av att k\u00f6ra armar osv, s\u00e5 st\u00e4mmer inte det p\u00e5 mig. F\u00e5r s\u00e5 himla l\u00e4tt stora muskler och min pojkv\u00e4n b\u00f6rjar redan bli r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r min mage. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r undviker jag axlar, biceps, ryggtavlan och framsida l\u00e5r d\u00e5 de har l\u00e4tt att bli stora. N\u00e4r jag kommer hem ska jag beskriva lite mer noggrant hur man b\u00f6r tr\u00e4na n\u00e4r man har en kropp som min.
