Det var bra att jag fick den viktchocken f\u00f6r den beh\u00f6vdes verkligen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Nu \u00e4r det st\u00e5nh\u00e5rd tr\u00e4ning som g\u00e4ller. F\u00f6r att kunna f\u00e5 sin dr\u00f6mkropp kr\u00e4vs sj\u00e4lvdisciplin, rutiner, inspiration och sist men inte minst, motivation. Motivation \u00e4r inget som v\u00e4xer p\u00e5 tr\u00e4d direkt, det \u00e4r n\u00e5got man m\u00e5ste finna i sig sj\u00e4lv. Den kan komma och g\u00e5 lite som den vill, men f\u00f6r att inte tappa den helt underl\u00e4ttar det med att s\u00e4tta upp enkla delm\u00e5l och regler.
