Men tyv\u00e4rr kan jag inte \u00e4ta pasta nu med denna diet. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r bytte jag ut det till Shirataki nudlar, ocks\u00e5 kallat fitnessnudlar. Knappt n\u00e5gra kalorier alls och inte heller n\u00e5gra kolhydrater. De \u00e4r gjorda p\u00e5 konjaksmj\u00f6l. De smakar ingenting men jag valde att krydda dom och ha k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s till. Blev j\u00e4ttegott faktiskt! <\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen \u00e4r super enkel att laga. Bara att skala och hacka en liten gul l\u00f6k. Bryn sedan i stekpannan, d\u00e4refter l\u00e4gga i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs. N\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet inte \u00e4r rosa l\u00e4ngre h\u00e4ll i krossade tomater och krydda hur du vill. <\/p>\n<p>Nudlarna \u00e4r bara att l\u00e4gga i, i kokande vatten i ca 1 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Simsalabim!
