Tog en 23 minuters powernap innan. Visste ni att den ska vara exakt 23 minuter f\u00f6r att man ska k\u00e4nna sig utvilad ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att vakna och k\u00e4nna sig helt mosig och d\u00f6 tr\u00f6tt? Funkar j\u00e4tte bra f\u00f6r mig! Men kanske \u00e4r olika fr\u00e5n person till person. Det var biceps idag och fy fabian vad mina muskler \u00e4r slut! I morgon blir det en helt annan muskel grupp tack och lov! Tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 bilder med s\u00e4mst kvalit\u00e9, men jag b\u00f6rjar se lite skillnad p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv!
