V\u00e4rmde upp p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet genom att jogga i 10 mim sen k\u00f6rde jag bara lite biceps och triceps. Sen blev det inte s\u00e5 mycket mer. Beh\u00f6vde en liten halv vilodag. F\u00f6r imorgon t\u00e4nkte jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka k\u00f6ra samma joggingrunda som ig\u00e5r och den tog ca 40 min. Hoppas jag orkar igen! Vill f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka springa ett 10K den 14 juni som \u00e4r runt s\u00f6der. Kr\u00e4vs mycket tr\u00e4ning till det! M\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja jobba fram absen ocks\u00e5! \ud83d\ude00 D\u00e5 g\u00e4ller det att minska procenten kroppsfet i samband med mag\u00f6vningar s\u00e5 klart. Nu beh\u00f6ver min kropp s\u00f6mn! Imorgon ska jag k\u00f6pa en smoothiemixer som \u00e4r hur smart som helst!
