Har slarvat lite med maten sen i fredags bland annat p\u00e5 grund av konserten och galan, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att jag l\u00e4t mig lossa p\u00e5 tyglarna lite. Men det m\u00e5ste man f\u00e5 g\u00f6ra! S\u00e5 det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 att jag k\u00e4nner n\u00e5gon \u00e5nger utan bara v\u00e4lkomnar vecka 5 i tr\u00e4ningsprogrammet med \u00f6ppna armar! K\u00e4nner att jag har slarvat lite med bloggen ocks\u00e5, men det \u00e4r v\u00e4l lite s\u00e5, n\u00e4r man inte \u00e4r inspirerad \u00f6verlag i vardagen s\u00e5 f\u00f6rsummar man allt lite gran. Men nu blir det andra bullar! Nu g\u00e5r jag in i fas tv\u00e5 och gissa vad som h\u00e4nder idag? Det \u00e4r dags att l\u00e4gga in cardio! \ud83d\ude00 M\u00e5ste \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e4ga att det har k\u00e4nts r\u00e4tt bra utan det \u00e4nd\u00e5, men \u00e4r glad att det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r lite cardio.
