Sovit h\u00e4rliga 12 1\/2 timme! Jag beh\u00f6vde verkligen det eftersom jag inte k\u00e4nt mig riktigt kry. Var v\u00e4l lite i samband med f\u00f6delsedagsfirande + lite s\u00f6mn osv.. Nu g\u00e5r jag iallafall in i vecka sex! Shit vad det k\u00e4nns som att tiden g\u00e5r fort? Det k\u00e4nns bra med en ny vecka nu f\u00f6r att jag har l\u00e5tit mig \u00e4ta lite t\u00e5rta hit och dit och annat skit (vilket man absolut ska g\u00f6ra ibland), plus att jag hoppade \u00f6ver tv\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningspass, och jag k\u00e4nner att efter ca fyra dagar s\u00e5 m\u00e5r man inte s\u00e5 himla bra allts\u00e5.. D\u00e5 mena jag mest att man m\u00e5r d\u00e5ligt mentalt, f\u00f6r att fysiskt h\u00e4nder inte s\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 fyra dagar direkt. Men den mentala h\u00e4lsan \u00e4r minst lika viktig som den fysiska! De g\u00e5r hand i hand.<\/p>\n<p>Hur som haver s\u00e5 k\u00e4nns det sk\u00f6nt att det \u00e4r en ny dag, en ny vecka, jag har sovit bra, k\u00e4nner mig friskare, nu j\u00e4vlar k\u00f6r vi! Efter den h\u00e4r veckan \u00e4r jag halvv\u00e4gs!
