K\u00f6rde rygg och cardio och jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att jag \u00e4r glad att jag vilade de d\u00e4r tv\u00e5 dagarna, f\u00f6r har inte bara f\u00e5tt ny motivation utan har till och med blivit starkare! \u00d6kade 5 kg p\u00e5 vissa \u00f6vningar (?!) och 2 kg p\u00e5 andra. K\u00e4ndes grymt!
