Vet inte exakta m\u00e5tt eftersom det var min kille som lagade men here we go:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>2 portioner<\/strong> (egentligen 4 men vi \u00e4r tv\u00e5 stycken hungriga sj\u00e4lar)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>Riven parmesanost<\/li>\n<li>Vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>Salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen med \u00e4gget, rivna parmesanosten och hackad l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>Stek p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r biffarna \u00e4r genomstekta, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vispgr\u00e4dden och krydda med salt och peppar.
