K\u00e4nner mig v\u00e4ldigt svag, tr\u00f6gt\u00e4nkt och lite sm\u00e5deppig. Det har varit sn\u00f6storm hela helgen och d\u00e5 lockar ju varma mackor, choklad och mys framf\u00f6r en film. K\u00e4nns inte lika mysigt med en omelett. Har aldrig f\u00f6rbrukat s\u00e5 mycket \u00e4gg som nu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00c4r ju tyv\u00e4rr n\u00f6t- och mandelallergiker och det mesta som bakas p\u00e5 LCHF-vis bakas ju med mandel- och koksn\u00f6tsmj\u00f6l. F\u00e5r leta vidare helt enkelt! Vore ju gott med n\u00e5gon macka eller kanelbulle snart, kanske g\u00e5r med bovetemj\u00f6l?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">H\u00e4r kommer dock tips p\u00e5 en l\u00e4ttlagad och god frukost\/lunch:\u00a0\u00e4gg och bacon.
